IN NO EVENT SHALL PH645'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO PH645 IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph645 Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through ph645's internal complaint resolution process. 12.2 Severability

12.5 Force Majeure

ph645 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet service provider failures.
